Todd A. Carozza
Todd A. Carozza joined Rothman Consulting in 2001 and currently leads our world-wide investigative due diligence practice.
During his time at Rothman Consulting, Mr. Carozza has participated in and successfully managed a wide spectrum of client due diligence projects, helping Rothman Consulting achieve a position of enduring excellence in our investigative niche.
Based on his over twenty-nine year career as an investigator, Mr. Carozza has been primarily responsible for expanding Rothman Consulting's worldwide research methodologies, keeping the firm at the forefront of information gathering in the industry. As an attorney proficient in the ethical and legal issues surrounding the provision of investigative due diligence services, Mr. Carozza has spearheaded the continuing development of Rothman Consulting's "Investigative Best Practice" case management strategy.
In 1996, Mr. Carozza began his career in the field of corporate due diligence when he joined an investigative consulting firm in New York City as a research analyst, field investigator, and surveillance operative. Eventually, he went on to manage and oversee the company's legal analysts and site investigators, as well as their corporate workplace prevention programs and high-profile surveillance operations.
Mr. Carozza earned his undergraduate degree in History and Philosophy from New York University in May of 1996 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in June of 1999. He is an attorney admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
He is an active member of a number of investigative, financial, and legal organizations, including the International Intelligence Network, the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the Westchester Bar Association, and the Catholic Finance Association.
Mr. Carozza lives in New York with his wife, who is also an attorney, and their three daughters. He is an avid participant in his local community and Church activities.
